Every year for the past couple of years, I’ve been lucky enough to spend an adult spring break aka our “Mexication” with some of my favorite friends. We only have a couple of requirements when choosing a hotel – it must have good tequila, 24-hour room service and endless quesadillas. Together we’ve stayed at some of the most amazing 5-star hotels and made fantastic memories.
